Abhaile Community Services was established in 2023 when our founder was approached to provide direct care for several individuals in need. Motivated by a deep passion for the industry and a pragmatic, hands-on approach, our founder’s vision was shaped by the recognition of real-world solutions that resonate with our consumers.
At Abhaile, we assist individuals in identifying personal structures and routines that support daily activities such as school attendance, connecting them with local community groups and clubs, and providing valuable support to both caregivers and support workers. Over time, Abhaile has evolved into a boutique community services provider, known for its ability to identify and set meaningful goals with consumers. Our team employs creative strategies to address and overcome obstacles, ensuring that individuals can navigate challenges and achieve their aspirations.

The NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) is an Australian government program designed to provide support to individuals with disabilities. It aims to improve the lives of people with permanent and significant disabilities by helping them access the services and supports they need to live independently and participate in society.
Our Support Coordinators can help you apply to the NDIS, make enquires to the NDIS on your behalf and help facilitate meetings with the NDIS as needed.

Prior to creating your support plan, Abhaile’s management team will meet with you directly. In this meeting we will discuss your goals, support needs and support style preferences. After this, we will develop a personalised support plan with a team of individuals earmarked for your support, then get services started. We will then continue to work with you to make small changes to personalise your supports until you feel your plan is perfect.
Yes you can request specific support workers based on their availability.
We work within the guidelines as set out by NDIS, a 7 day cancellation is required.
